Cooking healthy can cost less! Join Dayna Comstock, an MS Applied Nutrition, Licensed Food for Life Instructor, to learn easy cooking tips and all about the amazing health benefits of plant-based foods while not breaking the bank.

Participants will:

  1. Discover the relationship between diet and disease.
  2. Get tips on planning a budget-friendly menu.
  3. Learn how to prepare simple, healthy meals.
  4. Taste delicious plant-based foods.
  5. Get to take home a FREE bag of groceries to prepare what they’ve seen in class.

Four classes will take place on Saturdays at Sheboygan County Food Bank from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM, November 16 & 23 and December 7 & 14. Attend one, two or three of the classes for $5 each. Or, if you attend all four classes, get $20 back!
